Cornish Cross Chicken
The genetics of the cornish cross provides a fast growth rate. The young age provides tender juicy meat. Our chickens are raised on grass, good feed, and good genetics. No steroids, medication, or vaccinations are given. Once they arrive at 2 -3 days old, we raise them the first three weeks in the brooder. We then move them out to the chicken tractor, where they spend their time on grass. Tractors are moved daily to give them fresh grass to forage on.
Whole Chicken

Whole chicken packaged in shrink bag. These will be frozen unless prearranged for farm pickup within a day of processing.
Boneless skinless breast

2 -3 breast per vacuum sealed package. These will be frozen unless prearranged for farm pickup within a day of processing.
Leg Quarter

4-6 leg quarters per vacuum sealed package. These will be frozen unless prearranged for farm pickup within a day of processing.
